Work in progress draft of Thriplow and Heathfield Neighbourhood Plan

The Neighbourhood Planning groups of volunteers have been working with a neighbourhood planning consultant and chartered landscape architect to progress the neighbourhood plan.

We now have a work in progress draft of the plan for discussion with the Parish:

re: Map 11 Local Plan 2018. TBH3 PVA NH/11
I write to object to the designation of my back garden, adjacent to the Cricket Meadow, and the frontage along Lodge Rd as a PVA.
There is no view of surrounding countryside, only a view of the dilapidated grain store and associated barns. The trees in the belt along Lodge Road are small and undistginguished and there is no public access so I can see no justificatkion for a designation of this area as a PVA.
In addition, there is a wider point: it seems extraordinary that a designation with financial implications for the plot can be imposed with no consultation and no notification to the landholder.
